Just watched this documentary about a 53 yr old, overweight slovenian man who loved to drink. He swims 60 miles per day down the largest rivers in the world, yangtzee, mississipi, danube, and now the amazon.

it gets really interesting when he starts going quite mad and describes he is going into the 4th dimension. They find him naked alone on a beach and is nonresponsive.

While swimming the entire amazon river an insect larvae began growing in his brain.

Which was probably a more favorable affliction to having a Candiru penetrate his urethra...
